So not the popular crowd

I feel like i imagine Jimmy felt in high school (BURN!!!! lol). I was in several different "groups" in high school and had lots of friends in all of those groups, never once did i feel left out, i don't know what has happened to my confidence since high school, but as an adult i always feel like i am on the outside looking in. Even worse, i really felt like my efforts of coming out of my shell in my new ward were paying off, oh well. Maybe this is God's way of telling me i need to better my friendship with Jimmy right now.

I feel the same way. I was very involved in high school and all that, but now I'm not. A lot of things of course have changed since then. Although, I think I am more confident in a way now since my life only matters to my family to me whereas now I don't care what others think. I hope that made sense. lol! I know a lot of it has to do with being a mom and my health problems, but I do wish I was more out there I guess. I feel like everyone else is doing well and having so much fun and I am not. Atleast not in the same way. I know how you feel.
