I lied, i was wrong

Last year at this time i made fun of Derek every single time he had mentioned how we would pray for rain (it never rains in TX) and how hot it gets in TX. My reply was always the smae, it's nothing compared to the heat and humidity in Naples. I lied, i am wrong. I want to die, it is so flippin hot. 112+ degrees is too much for anyone. God did not bless TX, he punished them with crazy high tempetures that make people insane enough to think they are blessed.
Dearest Ike,
Please come as SOON as you are full term, mommy can't handle much more of this.
Love,
Your Mommy

You poor thing. I know it was hot in Naples when I was pregnant and I had the first 2 in JULY so I hated being pregnant in the summer. I will pray for rain! You are almost there..I am so excited!!!! Hang in there....drink LOTS of water...just put a gallon in the fridge and get it COLD and carry it around and drink on it. LOL Get one of thos battery fans and attatch it to you.

Yeah, sorry that everyone told you "but it's a dry heat, it doesn't feel as hot". Our humidity isn't as high as it would be next to the ocean, but we still have humidity, and heat to spare and it makes everyone miserable. The secret to being happy in Texas in the summer is to stay indoors in the a/c the entire time, especially during the month of August. I hope you get comfortable soon. :)
