Thanks to Amy's blog and the fact that i won't have my hands on book 4 until tomorrow, i thought i'd give this 100 things about me thing a try. Question is, will i be able to think of 100 things about me? That's a lot of boring stuff! Sorry Amy, but your list gave me a couple ideas of my own!
1- When eating M&M's i start by eating the orange and blue in pairs (Go Gators) then the last ones i eat are the red & green in pairs, if there is an odd green, that one gets eaten last by itself.
2- I can not pronounce the following words correctly: M&M's, Ambulance, Aluminum.
3- I have a bad habit of thinking my "friends" don't like me and conspire against me behind my back.
4- Even though it's what i've wanted my whole life, i am now petrified of becoming a mom.
5- Jimmy is my absolute best friend.
6- Neither Jim nor myself remembers talking about getting married, we/i just started planning it.
7- I am a VERY selfish person.
8- I love my kitties to pieces, but sometimes i think it would make life easier without having them; sick of litter boxes, meowing constantly, peeing on my clothes, etc
9- I seriously hate talking on the phone, so i always make my phone calls when i am driving.
10- One of my biggest pet peeves is someone who talks on their phone when they are with me, i just think it's rude.
11- Jimmy is always on his cell phone when we are together, lol, drives me bananas.
12- I am scared of stretch marks, i check the mirror several times a day to see when the evil things come to visit.
13- My biggest labor fear is not labor itself, but having to use the bathroom for the first time after giving birth, lol.
14- I am scared that Jimmy will look at me differently after i have Ike and NOT in a good way.
15- I will pay more $ for less product because i like the packaging.
16- Pink is my favorite color.
17- Purple is starting to replace pink as my favorite color
18- I make my opinions about myself based on how i think other people think of me.
19- I have not read the Book of Mormon.
20- I have not had a cigarette in almost 4 years, but anytime Jimmy and i get into an argument i want to buy a pack in the WORST way.
21- I haven't had alcohol in almost 4 years and it never bothered me until i got pregnant.
22- I CRAVE margaritas.
23- Even though i have tons of clothes and shoes, i need new stuff to feel good about myself.
24- I have no clothing style of my own, i always copy what my friends are wearing.
25- The first thing i notice about people is what they are wearing.
26- I am a Libra and that fits me to a T.
27- I love to read.
28- I really miss the Gilmore Girls series.
29- Fall is my favorite time of year.
30- I've always wanted to live in a small town.
31- I wish i lived in the 1800's or even earlier.
32- First i must preface this next one with i LOVE my husband and would never trade him for the world...I miss that thrill of a new relationship (the waiting for phone calls, the first timid kisses etc).
33- I miss being able to wear shorts that don't come to my knees.
34- It hurts to know that i am not close to my siblings (aside from my sister).
35- Christmas time is the worst most depressing time for me.
36- I feel like i am too selfish to be a good mommy.
37- I love to paint toe nails, mine, friends, doesn't matter.
38- My dream is to open a B & B and have an organic bakery.
39- I want to go to culinary arts school once my kids start school so that i can open above.
40- I'd always wanted to be a vampire (this goes WAY before Twilight was even an issue) because all the books i read the vampires were always way hot, rich, exciting and lived forever.
41- I love food, i don't have to be hungry to eat, i will eat simply because i like the taste of something.
42- I loathe exercise, but i like cute exercise clothes!
43- I want to grow my hair out long enough for a perm.
44- My real mom and i can NOT discuss religion or politics.
45- I love making cards.
46- I am not creative enough and am too much of a perfectionist to do scrapbooking.
47- I am scared of dogs, but want a German Shepard (i know how silly that is)
48- Jimmy's nickname for me is Poop Flower because when we were broken up he called me the flower in the poop of his life (so i guess that makes me a mushroom??)
49- I like raw mushrooms, but hate cooked ones.
50- I do not like veggies as a whole.
51- I could eat fast food for every meal.
52- My favorite memory of Jim and i is when we were driving in the convertible on a cool day and the sun was JUST starting to set and we were listening to 70's soft rock. It makes me smile even now and calms me down.
53- I think my husband is the hottest guy ever.
54- I sometimes wish that my spiritual obligations could be met by reading scriptures as a family on Sundays and just trying to be good people, cause sometimes Church is just hard.
55- As much as i can not WAIT to be a SAHM, i am scared to death that Jimmy is gonna mess up my files at work and not do stuff right (by right i mean my way of course).
56- I really wish there was a couple in TX that both Jimmy and i really liked and we spent all our time with (the Jenni and Derek of Texas?)
57- Once i find a pair of shoes i like i HAVE to get it in all colors and sometimes get more than one pair of the same color if i REALLY like them for when the first pair wears out.
58- I had over 350 pairs of shoes, but am now down to somewhere around 200. That makes me sad, lol.
59- I insist on having white hangers, i will through away brand new colored or wire hangers.
60- The big sized Laffy Taffy is my favorite non-chocolate candy...or maybe Nerds, tough choice.
61- I love to cook for company, but i majorly stress cause everything HAS to be perfect.
62- Independence Day and Halloween are my favorite holidays.
63- I really hope that i can be pregnant during Halloween so i can either be a Carebear or Troll.
64- My favorite restuarant is Bern's Steakhouse.
65- Whenever i take a walk i am VERY conscious of how many steps i take between cracks in the sidewalk and i try to make each block the same # of steps.
66- I have church clothes that i haven't worn because i haven't found a tie for Jimmy that matches it.
67- I really wish i could play Hide N Seek again especially as an adult.
68- I have always liked Pepsi better than Coke, but now that i'm pregnant, it's been Coke all the way.
69- I have been craving Twix bars.
70- I miss the House Italian dressing from Noodles Cafe in Naples, not for salad (ew rabbit food), but for dipping my bread in, lol.
71- I can not remember the settings i like for my calculator at work, so i have them written down.
72- I hate going to the girlie Dr and will cry during any examination.
73- I get highly annoyed with the parents of bratty kids and fear that i could be one of "those" kinds of parents, lol.
74- I hide $ from myself constantly.
75- I haven't gone shopping for me in a long time, but have been shopping for Ike like crazy.
76- I've been to Ireland
77- I've been to England
78- I wish i hadn't spent most of my time arguing with my mom or sleeping in (hence the arguments) while i was in Europe
79- I would love to go to Greece.
80- Another dream/goal i have is to travel the world for a whole year
81- I love hiking and wish there were mountains nearby to do so
82- I wanted braces when i was younger, i thought they were cool.
83- Jimmy doesn't think i am the prettiest girl he's ever dated and that bugs me to no end, lol.
84- I'm starting to like the Cowboys and that bothers me more than i care to admit, lol.
85- I loved Fireballs when i was little, but they were too hot, so i would force my little brother to suck off the hot part and then i would take back the good part.
86- I wish my extended family life was a little bit more normal.
87- I have WAY to many moms : Mom, Pat, Mary, Debbie, Jean, Eileen.
88- I have a pretty volatile temper.
89- I get the worst road rage.
90- I was arrested for road rage when i was 17.
91- I am a total klutz.
92- I had a boyfriend when i met Jimmy
93- I like to "mother" Jimmy's single friends
94- I used to think that when you got married the preist would ask you how many kids you wanted and how old and he would give them to you.
95- I thought my great grandma was just a nice old lady we called grandma because i already had 2.
96- I love getting the free gifts from Quill when i order office supplies
97- When Jimmy and i had been married for about 3 months i started bike riding 15 miles in the morning, after a month or two i quit doing it because i got hit by a truck.
98- When my dad asks me how i feel (when i am sick) i used to say that i felt like i was hit by a truck, i no longer use that analogy.
99- I had always dreamt of a different kind of wedding than the one i had.
100- I am shocked that i was able to come up with 100 things to say about me.

YOU CRACK ME UP!!!! I love it! And I have to tell you, I might have a margarita once a year. But the ENTIRE 9 months I was pregnant I CRAVED THEM NONSTOP!!! I think it's just because we know we can't that makes us crave them. So frustrating. And I can't believe you're down to 200 pairs of shoes! And I too was petrified of being a mom. But trust in yourself. You'll get it figured out before you bugger Ike up enough for therapy :) (I say this as my daughter walks around with her patched eye and an inflated balloon hanging out of her mouth while trying to eat the tip of a crayon...)
Is it wrong that I laughed at the bike riding one? If it is then I didn't laugh and I was just asking.
If i remember correctly you were almost part of the bike riding one, lol.
*Erin you kill me, anytime i think of margaritas, i think of driving to Punta Gorda to Steve's restuarant and getting them with sugar rims, yum...sugar
i swear that u are reading my mind!!!!! i have been working on my 100 things lately. i have to finish them, still. i think its funny how i started reading and u did too, and now 100 things! great minds think alike!!!
