Jim put the chairrail up!!! I am SO excited, Jimmy did a great job! Now all that is left to do is paint the chairrail (it was only primed white), take out carpet and install laminate, install shelves in closet, new closet doors and find a CHEAP small dresser (if anyone has one they are getting rid of call me FIRST! lol). The list is so much smaller now!

You are almost there...just think in a couple of weeks you will have your little one in that room. I am so excited for you!!!
