Friday night there was a Medieval Party for the ward. So much fun! I had to stop by Kroger and get some cheese and grapes, then i went over to Christie's house and made a wreath of flowers and ribbon for my hair and borrowed a peasant top. I did not look too shabby if i say so myself, lol. Normally i have not gone to these events at church since moving to Texas, but i decided to go so i could say goodbye to the people that i really only see at church. Jimmy opted not to go, but for once i didn't pitch a fit! I figured that as long as i've got him committed to going to church events in our new ward (i do), then what do i care?
I am SO glad i went. It was a lot of fun, the food was really good and it was nice to be able to wear jeans at church, lol.
