These words coming from our realtor and mortgage broker's mouth are music to my ears! Yipee, we got the final okay from the loan company and it looks like come Thursday we will be home owner's officially. Yipee!
Glad to know all the back breaking packing i've been doing is not in vain. It's actually funny (in a bad, i wanna kill my husband way). Jim's keeps telling everyone, oh we won't need any help, we don't have a lot to move etc etc. Except HE doesn't have anything to move or pack! HE has not done ANYTHING in regards to this move! Ggggrrrrrr.
