Yesterday was so awesome. It was kinda warm (i can't believe i consider 60 degree weather warm now) and Sunday, what a perfect combination. Didn't wake up until 9am (again i know this will be changing, but let me enjoy it while i can) and that was only because 1) i had to put the pork butt (hee hee, yes i'm an 8 year old and that makes me laugh) in the slow cooker and 2) i had Lucky Charms calling my name. Then i went back to bed and woke up around 11am, made eggs for Jimmy and i, then went to church.
Then when we got home we had pulled pork BBQ sandwiches ( i was not all that impressed and will definitely be changing some things next time i make it, but Jimmy as usual was delighted...it is food afterall) and Mac and Cheese, then off to sign loan papers!
After we signed our loan papers, we decided to go look at our new house again and check out the surrounding area. SO excited! We had to stop the car 3 times because there were cute bunnies hoping around the block. Then we tried to figure out which way we would drive to work and we passed all sorts of nice restuarants and stores and Einstein Bagels (all i can find in TX is doughnuts, don't get me wrong this girl loves a good doughnut, but MAN i have been wanting some bagels!), then a waterpark! How cool is that, lol. I am a theme park junky and so is my sister so this is going to rock!
