As Cherie, our midwife suggested, i started doing my one hour walk yesterday. We have a beautiful walking path around a lake and through some woods. It's so goregous and i'm really excited about my walks because of this trail.
While walking i was thinking about my nestie friend Schmoodle (being she is my internet friend i only know her screen name). My heart was breaking for her yesterday and all i could do was cry for her. After several atempts at IVF, she conceived twins, she was 8 weeks ahead of me, so we were both in the 2nd tri and i really enjoyed her comments as her opinions seemed so similar to my own. However at 23 weeks she went into preterm labor, birthed her babies and lost them within the hour. I was reading her blog yesterday and i simply wanted to cry.
Thinking of Schmoodle and her loss has made me all the more grateful for the greatest blessing, aside from my husband, that i've ever recieved. I feel so humble to have this life growing inside of me. Why am i so blessed when others struggle with trying to conceive? Not that it was paticularly easy for me, but i was able to conceive naturally and not spend thousands on IVF. I guess i am simply rambling, however please keep Schmoodle and her family in your prayers. Thanks.
