We've settled into a routine in the evenings. When Jimmy gets home from work we go for a walk around the block. It lets me feel like i did something physical and ike loves to be outside :o)
I remember when i used to be able to get Derek to go on walks with me sometimes in Florida. I think that was before he started hanging out with Jimmy and became possessed by FORDs.
