Beach Day in Texas!

I never would have guessed that i could go to the beach in Texas (well my part of Texas, i realize that there is an entire coastline along the Gulf, lol).  My friend Liz invited ike and i to go to Lake Ray Roberts with her and her daughter Sara.  Ike has only been to the beach twice and both times, he was not such a fan of the sand.  I was a weebit fearful, but decided to take my chances.  I am so glad i did!  Ike had a blast!  He wasn't sure at first, but he wanted to keep up with Sara, so off he went :o)  I definitely want to go again and soon!
