My life is too crazy for General Hospital

First let me say that i have been holding this in for a while, but i'm tired of doing that. All holding it in does is make me seem like there is no reason for me to be the negative person that i have been lately and guess what there is PLENTY of reason for me to be short tempered and negative. So if you do not like what i am typing, then please refrain from reading and making a big deal out of the fact that i am human and at times need to unload the crap i've been carrying.

Jimmy's sister has been staying with us, suprisingly enough i have not had any repeat performances of THE Chicken Express incident of 2006. However, all that really means is that i haven't been to Chicken Express with Amy, lol. We got a phone call from Jimmy's mom in May (just before our anniversary) freaking out about Amy, she was supposedly kicked out of her current living situation (we find out later she was not kicked out, she just didn't want to stay there anymore) and needed to find her way from AZ to FL and could we please pay for Amy's plane ticket. For some strange reason i thought Amy should just come here (i have no clue what i was thinking). So we paid for Amy to come stay here with us. I had a family reunion planned in Charleston, SC for Memorial Day weekend and we planned on staying with family. My oblivious husband could not understand why i was a little peeved at the idea of calling my family to see if they could put Amy up along with the rest of us (because the only reason we were staying with family is because Mr. Penny Pincher said there was no way we could afford to go to a hotel). The trip driving there and back went suprisingly easy.
We got to hear ALL about Amy's life; her boyfriend in AZ, her girlfriend in AZ etc etc. She is addicted to the friggin internet! She meets a guy here in TX and goes on a date and says repeatedly that she "could really fall for this guy", ya know the one she's known for all of 2 days. Then it's back to the boyfriend in AZ. After about 2 weeks (maaaaybe 3), Amy tells us that she's engaged! To boyfriend in AZ!! He even texted her a picture of the ring that he's going to put on layaway (just as soon as he gets a job of course)! Whata catch!
Then i get a job, not quite fulltime, but a lot more than the 10 hours i was told. Amy watches ike during the morning and i am home to be with ike in the afternoon and evening (that way Amy can nap before staying up until 4am to "talk" online) Then a week or two later Amy gets a job! Woohoo! So AZ fiance decides that he's going to move to Lufkin, TX because he has a cousin there that will give him a job, so he moves! Guess what Amy's gonna move too!! She's gonna quit her job and move to Lufkin, just as soon as he wiggles his finger in her direction. Well then HIS sister calls Amy (ya know cause BSC is genetic) and lets her know that AZ fiance is a DB and mooches of women and hit his ex wives (yes it is plural, but they deserved it, they hit him first). Sooooo, Amy decides to internet cheat on AZ fiance and then tell him what she did. Oh Noes!!! Not internet cheating!!!
AZ Fiance explains that it's not his fault about the beating of said exes, it was deserved and makes his sister tell Amy that she was lying. She had to lie though cause she looooves her brother and doesn't want him hurt (riiiiight) and she's so so scared Amy will cheat on her brother (shuh, ya don't say?). Amy and AZ fiance are back in looooove. All is right with the world. But wait, cousin in Lufkin doesn't pay him enough and works him too hard! He simply must go back to AZ to live with sister and find a better job (cause he had soooo much luck before)! Hi ho hi ho it's off to AZ he goes...well now Amy must go to AZ and be with the love of her life! They are soooo in love, so bus ticket is purchased (after all one must go in style to see the love of one's life after 2 loooong months apart...and one small incident of cheating, but other than that Amy would NEVER cheat on AZ Fiance) for a week later. Great so now babysitter must be found for ike. The scrambling for a babysitter begins and we quickly find someone that can come by the house for a few hours to watch ike and can work around my crazy schedule. But wait, believe it or not there is MORE!!
Amy and AZ fiance break up! Amy talked with her boss and boss convinced her that perhaps she is rushing things (so glad a manager at LJS about to go to jail is able to dispense such valuable guidence). Amy decides that she doesn't even really like AZ fiance all that much anyway. Humm, really? I never would have thought that! So Amy excitedly tells us all about this new girlfriend, she's sooo nice and gets her nails done so you KNOW that she's cute! Whew, cause that would have been terrible for my imagination if she weren't cute! But wait there's another guy that she's been talking to online, he lives in Michigan, but he USED to live in TX so that makes it cool.
Well then AZ fiance comes back into the picture. Amy was wrong, she really is in looooove with him and he said he would move here to Fort Worth for her! That's gotta be true love to uproot his WHOLE life in AZ to come here right (just ignore that fact that he's already done this and it lasted about a week). So let's look for some cheap apartments because no way am i going to let anymore BSCiness around ike than i already have thus far. BUT WAIT! AZ Fiance gets a JOB! Well not a real job yet, day labor, but they really want him to work everyday for the next month and he can make a whole $10 an hour there!! So Amy just HAS to go to AZ cause they really are in looooove, but at least we get almost 3 weeks notice this time. Find DCP for ike (which we love thank goodness) and then we are told hey, i've actually got to be in AZ this weekend cause i need to go to work (yet another lie, but whatever, the only person that believes anything coming out of her mouth is my husband and Amy) on Monday!!
YAY!!! So now i get to figure out what to do with ike while i work for the next 3 weeks!!
Mind you this is only ONE of the majorly stressful situations i am dealing with at the moment. I shouldn't even get started on Jimmy's DB partner, but i am sure i will at some point. Or the fact that Jimmy's mom is the most narcissistic person known to man (well aside from my husband, but he learned it from a pro) and i am doing EVERYTHING in my power NOT to chew her out for the awful things she said about my family, or that my husband is angry with me for being angry with his parents and their hurtful words. Just do what i do and ignore the fact that my husband thinks i am the biggest bitch and that i am terrible to be around, you'll learn to just put those feelings deeeeep inside and bite off the heads of random strangers because you can't handle anymore. Never mind church where i feel completely out of place and judged. Let's just say i'm tired and if one more thing is placed upon my plate i think the very thinned out fabric i have containing my feelings will burst and i along with it. I need to checkout, take ike to our own deserted island and drink coconut juice from real coconuts. Ahhhhh, one can wish right? So please if you have seen me in the past few months and wonder why i look like the bitch my husband says i am, please don't tell me and try to understand that the bitch face is a lot better than the i'm gonna punch you face.

Just so you know, we decided that reading this post together as a family counts as FHE.

Now who's laughing about my sister...?

Hey Rhi - Do you need childcare help for the next couple of weeks? I can't come to your house but, if your willing to come to mine we can works something out. The dad of the little girl I watch is out of work, so for the time being my home childcare is empty.

I am SO glad you finally got all of that off your chest and into words.

Now - don't wimp out and delete it all tomorrow. USE IT. :)

((hugs))

Um Jenni your sister has a freaky obsession with dolls and always looks as though she's planning your death while you sleep, lol.

I am really glad you did that. We all need the therapy sometimes. You need to get it off your chest, and I need to know I'm not the only one with problems. :)

Glad you finally put it out there and told people to just suck it up and deal with it. I know that I exploded like this when I hold everything in for too long. Sending you big hugs from MA.
