Liz and i before the race
Before (notice i have a smile on my face)40 minutes and 20 seconds and it was positively FREEZING out there! I am such a nerd; i cried as i neared the finish line. I just can't believe i did it! I am just so pleased with myself not only for finishing the race, but for running almost the whole time! I am so grateful to my friends Christie and Dan for inspiring me to do this (and future!) race. They rock!

Congrats. We had our stake YW meeting this morning and one of the presidency was late b/c she was running the 10K.
Good for you! And you even did the race in weather and wind like that, I would have jumped back in bed!
