Ultrasound Gripe
Ugh, i called the B & W Center to get the phone number to White Rose (where our ultrasound will take place) and it turns out that the old receptionist at the BWC gave me the u/s place that does NOT take insurance so we have to pay cash (not check, not credit-just cash) for our u/s Friday. So annoying, especially since we are hoarding our pennies right now.

Can you get a referral to a place that does accept insurance? I'm sure someone could get you in quickly.
The place that they refer patients to that takes ins only does the u/s on Mon and Thurs, my mom doesn't get in until late Thurs night, oh well, i just wish i had known
What?? I can understand them not taking checks (seams to be a thing of the past) but not taking credit cards...that seams strange. And there have been lots of things that pop up that we wouldn't have the cash till later in the month, so cards have come in handy.
Once you see your little one, (and hopefully find out the gender) you might not mind so much how you paid for it...you will love looking at that picture!
Yeah, we are SUPER excited, they could have told me it would cost my arm and i would have said sure thing, lol. Plus they said bring a video tape and they will give us a recording of the whole thing!!!
Rhi. I'm going this Thursday to the "Pregnancy Resource Center". I wonder if it's national. Anyways, they got a new ultrasound machine and were looking for pregos to try it on. So, if there something like that down there maybe you could get if for free.
I'm sorry things aren't going smoothly for you, Rhiannon. Once you see that little one, you'll forget about it, maybe for just a moment, but you'll remember all this crap you're going through will be worth it!
